The Role
We are looking for an Administrator to join a growing business that specialises in providing adaptations to a wide range of vehicles. This role is a blended role providing support to a variety of business functions helping to ensure smooth customer interactions and accurate financial processing. You will work closely with dealers, suppliers, and customers, handling a mix of administration, finance, and customer service tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing the inbox - responding to customer and dealer enquiries.
* Sending quotes, following up with customers, and providing updates.
* Answering phone calls, taking relevant details, and directing enquiries.
* Processing new orders, checking CRM records, and updating information.
* Chasing vehicle deliveries with suppliers and handling urgent job updates.
* Printing, loading, and managing supplier invoices on the CRM system.
* Processing job invoices, ensuring accuracy in billing procedures.
* Cross-checking supplier statements and ensuring all invoices are accounted for.
