HSEQ Systems Coordinator
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Salary: £35,000 DOE + 1-2 Days Hybrid working once fully trained + 24 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Auto Enrolment Pension + Annual Bonus + Parking + Discounted Medical Cover + Training Opportunities
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (Flexibility on hours can be discussed).
Overview: HSEQ Systems Coordinator required for a highly successful international manufacturer. The role will suit those seeking a varied role in an employee-focused business.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring the maintenance of all external certifications including ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, IATF 16949, AS 9100D & GMP.
2. Ability to host and support 2nd and 3rd party audits/inspections over all management systems.
3. Supporting departmental managers in the creation and maintenance of process definitions and work instructions.
4. Completing internal audits for the management system.
5. Participation in meetings related to the management systems and site activities to include taking and reporting meeting minutes.
6. Completing KPI trend analysis.
7. Investigating customer complaints.
8. Continuous improvement projects to achieve management system strategic goals.
Qualifications:
1. Previous HSEQ experience.
2. Strong administrative skills, particularly using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
3. You will be internal or lead auditor trained or equivalent.
