Marc Daniels are working with a global logistics company located in Hounslow who are looking for a Billing Manager to join their finance team. The role is hybrid (3 days in the office) and includes many market leading benefits.
Responsibilities
* Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of billing specialists, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
* Billing Process Management: Oversee the entire billing cycle, from rate application and data entry to invoice generation and distribution.
* Accuracy and Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, adhering to client contracts, pricing agreements, and regulatory requirements.
* Dispute Resolution: Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
* Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze billing reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
* System Optimization: Evaluate and optimize billing systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
* Client Communication: Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing billing-related questions and concerns.
* Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and information.
* Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements to streamline billing operations and reduce errors.
* Staying Up-to-Date: Remain current on industry regulations and best practices related to logistics billing.
