As a Site Production Execution Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that a viable short-term schedule is established within the Supply Planning (SP) organization, a schedule that is in complete harmony with the operations team at the Site. You will serve as the primary contact and principal liaison for Supply Planning within the Site, tasked with managing local stakeholders to develop a plan that optimally satisfies market demands and operational limitations. Responsibilities include:
* Serving as the primary point of contact for the Supply Planning Team, ensuring the viability of supply plans.
* Owning the Site Operating Agreement and embedding its knowledge within the SP organization.
* Managing the Site Schedule Adherence process, coordinating with Manufacturing and SP organizations.
* Assisting with the Site Service Level Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and action planning.
* Communicating all manufacturing elements affecting supply planning to the SP Team, including maintenance plans, projects, trials, and training.
* Ensuring compliance with Production Execution key processes, such as material and mother reel stock accuracy.
* Supporting the monthly routing analysis process, comparing actual machine efficiency (ME) against planned ME.
* Collaborating with the Supply Planning Team to effectively manage the Phase-In-Phase-Out (PIPO) process.
* Handling site-specific Materials & Replenishment model exceptions as agreed upon.
* Prioritizing schedule execution and managing necessary Materials & Replenishment changes when site circumstances dictate a schedule change outside SP Team working hours.
* Working closely with the SP Team and Market/Site Supply Manager to foster a strong connection with the local Manufacturing Team.
* Supporting continuous improvement efforts at the Site to enhance Production Execution agility, including analyses of Economical Production Quantity (EPQ) and Days Before Next Run (DBNR).
* Collaborating with the SP Team to create contingency plans and ensure their effective execution.
* Assisting the Initiative department with raw materials and packaging rationalization projects.
Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or relevant experience.
Min. 3 years of experience in Supply Chain.
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making approach.
Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on operational efficiency.
Excellent team player.
Excel knowledge.
