One of my leading clients are actively recruiting for a proactive and organized Contract Support Administrator to join their team on a flagship facilities maintenance contract. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of my client's hard services account on a critical contract in London, supporting both the onsite team and contract managers in delivering exceptional service to a high-profile client.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive support to the contract management team, assisting with day-to-day administration, scheduling, and documentation to maintain efficient contract operations.
2. Client Communication: Act as a key point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring clear and timely communication to resolve issues and provide information as needed.
3. Financial Tracking: Assist with invoice processing, purchase orders, and cost tracking to support budget management and financial accuracy.
4. Data Management: Maintain and update records, ensuring that all compliance and contract documentation is accurate, current, and easily accessible.
5. Team Coordination: Schedule maintenance activities, liaise with engineers, and ensure prompt reporting of job completions, helping to maintain high standards of service delivery.
6. Reporting: Generate regular reports on contract performance, job progress, and other KPIs for contract managers and the client.
