About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide valuable support to students and teaching staff, ensuring a positive and engaging learning experience. Your role will involve working closely with students who may require additional help and contributing to their educational and personal growth. Key Responsibilities: Support students in their learning during lessons, either one-to-one or in small groups. Assist teachers in delivering lesson plans and classroom activities. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the teaching team. Promote students’ confidence, independence, and engagement in school life. Requirements: A DBS certificate on the update service (this is essential). Up-to-date safeguarding training. A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach to working with young people. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in a school or educational setting is desirable but not essential. What We Offer: Competitive daily pay: £84 - £90 per day.
