Role: Demand Planner
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + bonus
Location: South-West London (Hybrid)
We are thrilled to be collaborating with a renowned drinks distributor known for its award-winning portfolio of brands. Over the last 20 years, this company has consistently grown and is now seeking an experienced Demand Planner to join their dynamic team in South-West London.
This role is part of the UK & Ireland Operations & Supply Chain team, where you’ll ensure accurate demand planning, leverage data analysis to support supply processes, and contribute to maintaining optimal inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse, process, and track forecasts from sales teams and system-generated data to support supply planning and imports.
* Enhance forecasting accuracy through the development and execution of S&OP processes.
* Proactively monitor demand trends, identify potential risks, and ensure inventory is optimised across the network.
* Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and finance teams to align demand planning with business objectives.
* Monitor stock levels, address potential shortages, and support new product launches.
* Lead demand review meetings and assist the S&OP Director in managing the overall process, while tracking performance metrics.
About You:
* 4+ years of demand planning experience in FMCG, with a solid understanding of S&OP processes and key planning principles.
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems.
* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Adaptable, entrepreneurial mindset, capable of thriving in a rapidly evolving business setting.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
