Job Description:
As the Financial Analyst, you will be supporting the businesses across the NORDICS states with all activities around the revenue and profit streams. The expectations of the position are for the successful incumbent to take an active role in using quality data and analysis to support management decisions. Additionally, as the Financial Analyst, you will be supporting the financial planning and analysis process, including mid and short term planning of P&L and Balance Sheet numbers. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for various elements of financial reporting and will have good communication and relationships both in the operations organization and within finance. You will have the ability to influence the operational team in order to get commercial, statutory, and control items addressed. You will be the primary statutory responsible person for the Norwegian and Swedish businesses' financial and corporate records.
Skills and Qualifications:
• 5+ years’ experience in an Accountancy Capacity.
• Fluent in English, Swedish, or Norwegian.
• Excellent communication skills to communicate with people at all levels.
• Analytical Minded.
• Excellent Excel Skills.
• An Accountancy Qualification is preferred but not essential.
