Job Description:
As a Business Development / Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives to drive business growth and achieve sales targets. Your role will involve developing and implementing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. You will also be responsible for mentoring and coaching team members to enhance their sales skills and performance.
Job Duties:
A Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
A Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth.

Required Qualifications:
A Proven experience in a sales or business development role.
A Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
A Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development roles, with at least 1 year in a leadership position.
Knowledge and Skills:
A Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies.
A Understanding of market trends and customer needs.
A Ability to analyse sales performance data and make informed decisions.
A Strong leadership and team management skills.
