Your responsibilities
* A Service Care Plan Administrator’s role is to deal with a variety of administrative tasks/issues in relation to Service Contracts, this is a critical part of Olympus KeyMed’s Medical UK business.
Key responsibilities
* Supporting field-based staff with regard to various administration tasks
* Updating & maintaining data within corporate business systems and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
* Raising Service Care Plan proposals and composing customer correspondence
* Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with general customer queries
* Providing support to other areas within the department as required
* Manipulation of large data sets using Excel and Qlikview
* Undertake ad hoc analysis as and when required
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a complex administration role - desirable.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with and present to senior stakeholders. Ability to present complex information in a simple and effective way. Must be able to demonstrate strategic thinking and problem solving. Accurate with a keen eye for detail. Excellent ICT skills. Advanced working knowledge of Excel. Experience of working with QlikView would be an advantage but not essential. Ability to work as part of a team. Needs to be able to demonstrate creative thinking. Ability to use own initiative.
