Job Advert: Roster Clerk (Temporary)

Pay Rate: £14.00ph - £15.00ph
We are currently seeking a skilled Roster Clerk to join our client's dynamic team on a temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our client's organisation. As a Roster Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient schedules and rosters are maintained for their team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create and maintain accurate rosters and schedules for employees within the organisation.
2. Coordinate with managers and supervisors to ensure appropriate coverage and allocation of resources.
3. Monitor and update employee availability and leave requests within the roster system.
4. Collaborate with the HR department to ensure that relevant employee data is accurately recorded in the roster system.
5. Communicate and distribute roster information to employees in a timely manner.
6. Address any roster-related queries or concerns from employees and management.
7. Provide regular reports on rostering activities and performance to the appropriate stakeholders.
8. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to streamline rostering procedures.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in rostering or scheduling is required.
2. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
3. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
4. Proficient computer skills, including experience with rostering software.
5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Contract Details:
This role is temporary, offering an hourly rate ranging from £14.00 to £15.00, commensurate with experience. The duration of the contract will depend on the needs of our client's organisation.
