Your role:
You will be a highly experienced Senior Leader within schools with comprehensive knowledge of working with vulnerable and disadvantaged children and young people.
You will relish the opportunity to work in a fast paced, creative and supportive environment. About you:
You will be an experienced, innovative, confident and energetic leader, committed to achieving positive change for children and young people and supporting your colleagues to learn, develop and deliver consistently good practice.
You will be motivating, courageous, flexible, and willing and able to work across sites as an expert in your field. You will have excellent analytical skills to analyse and interpret complex information or situations and to solve difficult problems or develop solutions and plans. You will be able to think quickly and creatively to help overcome challenges and issues. Your highly developed interpersonal skills, alongside a passion for coproduction, will help you to meet the needs of children, young people.
