Job Description
Our client, the CEO of a Family Office, is looking for a PA to cover both his Personal and Business PA needs. Working from both their Family residence and Office, you will be providing PA support for 25 hours a week, 5 days a week. The majority of the role will be Private PA support for the Principal and his family, and will include managing their personal schedule, events and recruiting / managing household staff. Office responsibilities will include managing the office, managing meetings, travel arrangements and ad hoc tasks as required this role will suit an experience PA who loves a role with variety, and is keen to find a hybrid position looking after an approachable and personable CEO!

Duties will include:

* Diary management

* Managing schedules; travel arrangements, appointments, meetings

* Office management; meeting and greeting, answering the phone

* Managing personal and business expenses

Requirements:

* Proven PA experience

* Loyal, highly discreet and flexible

* Happy to work 25 hours over 5 days
