Key Responsibilities:

* Help create a safe and inclusive learning environment, fostering confidence and independence in students
Requirements:
* Experience supporting young people with SEND, either professionally or personally
* Patience, resilience, and a positive approach to working with pupils with additional needs
* A strong commitment to improving outcomes for children with diverse learning requirements
* Availability for a full-time, term-time role
