In this role, you will act as the first point of contact to overcome technical issues, troubleshooting, and ensuring solutions. You will help new starters with their equipment setup, support with hardware and software, and maintain IT documentation.
This position would suit an IT technician/engineer with 1st & 2nd line support experience looking to join a long-standing, blue-chip company.

* Providing 1st & 2nd line support to company employees
* Hardware & Software support
* Mon - Fri / 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
