Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dual Manager / Service Manager to oversee two newly refurbished SOLO homes based in Wednesbury and Wolverhampton. The homes support young people with emotional and behavioural needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for managing teams effectively, with proven background experience in overseeing multi-sites. This role requires a proactive approach to administrative tasks, time management, and the ability to foster a positive working environment. Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of two residential homes. Plan and deliver tailored support to meet the specific needs of young people. Build and maintain effective partnerships with all internal and external stakeholders. Develop, support, and motivate a competent team across both locations. Ensure both homes comply with all relevant legislation and regulatory standards, including Ofsted requirements. Effectively manage the budgets and resources of both homes. Lead the development of structured environments that support positive development in young people. Qualifications and Licenses Proven experience as a Dual Manager or significant leadership role within childrens residential care, specifically managing multiple sites. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent, or actively working towards this qualification. A full UK driver's license. Skills required: Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Strong understanding of the care needs of young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties. Proficiency in managing budgets and resources across multiple sites. Ability to develop and implement effective care and developmental strategies.
