Our purpose is clear and simple – to increase achievement, attainment and participation for all young people 2-18 by maximising the opportunity for our staff to develop and innovate through collaborative working.
We believe in developing the autonomy of schools, Headteachers and their staff to facilitate the highest quality learning and teaching. We continue to use our resources in innovative ways to ensure we build on our investment in staff and their practice and this is reflected in continued improvements to attainment, achievement and participation.
