About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable individuals to live safe and supported lives in their own homes.
You will be responsible for following individual care plans and assisting with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework. You will also support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence, as well as assisting with medication.
Our Care Assistants are part of a close-knit team and are supported by accessible managers. We use a mobile care app to reduce paperwork and enable you to deliver high-quality care. Every day will be different, and you will face new challenges, but you can be sure that you will be making a positive impact on the lives of our clients.
What We Offer
As a Care Assistant with North East Community Care Limited, you will receive a competitive hourly rate of £12.00, plus mileage. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, enhanced occupational paternity pay entitlement, death in service payment, pension scheme, and 28 days annual leave (pro rata).

Requirements
You don't need any social care experience to apply for this role. We are more interested in your compassion and ability to care. You will need to be resilient and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team.
