Head of Supply Chain – Luxury Fashion Brand
Location: London-based (with international travel USA, HK)
Salary: c£80,000 (flex DOE)
The Opportunity
We’re working with a high growth, founder-led fashion brand that’s scaling globally. With strong DTC performance and its own manufacturing footprint, the brand is ready to evolve its operational infrastructure. The business has grown rapidly but is now facing classic scale-up challenges and mounting complexity across global logistics.
This is the first senior hire into the supply chain function so it’s a chance to design and lead the entire operation. You’ll step into a blank sheet environment with immediate priorities to stabilise fulfilment, restructure supplier relationships, and optimise performance across the board.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-End Supply Chain Leadership: Own the global supply chain strategy across sourcing, planning, fulfilment, and logistics.
* 3PL & Partner Management: Lead relationships across multiple third-party logistics providers in the UK, EU, US and Asia. Assess performance, renegotiate contracts and drive accountability.
* Systems & ERP Transformation: Play a central role in shaping and delivering the move to a new ERP system; digitise processes for scale.
* Planning & Inventory Control: Implement robust demand forecasting and supply planning to reduce over/under-stocking and improve availability.
* Returns & Delivery Performance: Take ownership of returns performance, delivery failure rates, and carrier SLAs.
* Customs & Tariff Optimisation: Develop a strategy for tax, duty and customs efficiency across key trade routes.
* Team Development: Build and lead a small but high-performing team to support day-to-day operations and growth.
About You
You’re a hands on operator with a global mindset. You’re comfortable stepping into a business that’s moving fast and where the founders are deeply involved. You enjoy taking control, building structure, and making things work.
You’ll need:
* Experience managing global supply chains across multiple territories.
* Strong knowledge of 3PL operations, carrier performance, and contract negotiation.
* Solid planning, inventory and forecasting expertise.
* Confidence operating independently and influencing senior stakeholders.
* Experience in fashion, apparel, footwear or high-margin consumer goods is ideal.
* A track record of leading ERP or systems transformation is a bonus.
Why This Role?
It’s rare to get a blank canvas like this, where the roadmap is wide open and the business is hungry for change. There’s plenty of low-hanging fruit and a genuine opportunity to build a best-in-class supply chain from the ground up.
This is a role for someone who wants autonomy, pace, and impact. If you’re ready to shape something meaningful this could be the one.
