Maintenance Officer - Grimsby
The main responsibilities include:
* To be a Key member of the Property Management Team
* To provide an efficient and effective Maintenance Service to North East Lincolnshire’s Chrysalis portfolio
* To ensure that all properties within the portfolio inclusive of offices meet the required Housing Health Safety Rating System standards
* To ensure void properties are scheduled and repaired to an agreed standard and available for re-letting within target times in liaison with colleagues/suppliers
* To provide a high-quality service, ensuring outstanding customer service and service delivery by acting as an ambassador for Humbercare
The successful candidate must:
* Have a suitable qualification in Building Maintenance or a minimum of two years relevant experience
* Be computer literate with good working knowledge of Property Management Software, Microsoft Office and applications
* Have good experience of building maintenance, Multi Trade DIY, including decorating
* Have knowledge of the basic principles of property management
* Have an understanding of the importance of health and safety legislation
