Your Role:
As our Lead Generation Specialist, you'll be instrumental in expanding our client base and fueling our growth. You'll be the one who initiates valuable conversations, identifies key opportunities, and sets the stage for our Recruitment Consultants to close successful deals.
Here's What You'll Be Doing…
Strategic Lead Development:
* Proactively research and identify potential clients within the aviation industry (airlines, MROs, OEMs, etc.).
* Execute targeted outreach campaigns (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to engage decision-makers and generate qualified leads.
* Utilize CRM systems and other digital tools to manage leads and track progress.
Effective Lead Qualification:
* Engage in meaningful conversations with potential clients to understand their hiring needs and business goals.
* Qualify leads based on established criteria and present our recruitment solutions effectively.
* Schedule high-quality appointments for our Recruitment Consultants.
Market Insight & Optimization:
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.
* Contribute to the development of lead generation strategies and provide feedback on campaign performance.
* Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Flexible Work Arrangement:
* Enjoy the benefits of a hybrid work model, with the option to work remotely 2-3 days per week.
Who We're Looking For:
* Experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service (recruitment or aviation industry experience is a plus).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems and other digital communication tools.
* Target driven with a proactive and results-driven approach, committed to exceeding expectations!

Pay:
* £26,000 to £32,000 subject to experience
* Bonus scheme based on performance (OTE £2,500)
