Job Description
The key responsibilities will be to deliver an excellent service to internal customers as part of the Risk Department .
3. Primary responsibility is to follow a pre-determined checklist on all transactions prior to a Risk Manager beginning their underwriting process, to highlight if a transaction fits within acceptable parameters for the company
4. Complete naming searches within the companies Risk System to determine and ensure exposure levels are being accurately reported
5. Complete searches within the companies worldwide database to determine where the relationship with the customer group on a particular transaction lies
6. Cross reference our customers and their Ultimate Beneficial Owners against the companies database of higher risk companies and individuals.
7. Cross reference our customers against the database of customer group's and business activities which the company are excluded from entering into transactions with
8. Review the suppliers on customer transactions to ensure they are genuine, bona fide dealerships / suppliers of the equipment the company is asked to fund. Where and when appropriate to authorise suppliers.
9. Adherence to the Risk team's SLA and delivering considered, professional responses to requests from internal departments.
10. Provide clear rationale to recommendations when discussing Customer Due Diligence issues with Compliance.
11. Support ad-hoc administrative tasks for the Risk team and ensure accurate data is held and maintained on the companies core underwriting and customer management system.
