What you will be doing Working within the internal Controls IT Team providing support and administration mainly focussed on the Citrix VDI environment, with the ability to step in and assist with the wider Windows desktop and server estate. Being a part of a small team administering and maintaining a Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktop environment and providing 2nd/3rd line support. Largely focused on the Citrix environment but general Windows support across the whole of the Wintel stack will be part of the role. Who we are looking for. Experienced in management of Citrix Studio and configuration of Citrix policies. Experience in creating and deploying MCS/PVS images. Experienced in configuring profile management technologies, including FSLogix and Citrix Profile Management Good knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy management, DNS, DHCP General good knowledge of managing, deploying and supporting Windows desktop and server operating systems. Good end user facing troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a willingness to own a problem and drive to resolution. Willingness to learn and be proactive within the Citrix and wider Active Directory/Windows environment, working to continually ensure a stable, performant and secure environment.
