Mental Health Nursing Positions - RMN & RGN
Location: Leamington Spa, Warwickshire
Position: Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) / Registered General Nurse (RGN)
Salary: Up to £21 per hour
Hours: 36 hours per week (Day or Night Shifts Available)

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality, person-centered care to residents with mental health conditions and complex needs
* Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team
* Administer medications and manage treatment plans effectively
* Support and provide guidance to junior staff and nursing assistants
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with regulatory requirements
* Foster a compassionate and respectful environment for both residents and team members

Requirements:
* Valid NMC registration (RMN or RGN)
