We are seeking an Aircraft Mechanic 3/4 to join our team at Leeuwarden Air Base, Netherlands. Your responsibilities will include:
* Installing and modifying aircraft structural components, including composites and metals, with precise measurements and adherence to engineering drawings.
* Repairing aircraft structural defects, interpreting technical manuals, and using precision measuring tools.
* Verifying materials and repairs for conformity to specifications, and supporting depot-level modifications or flight line support.
Basic Qualifications
* Level 3: High School Diploma or GED with at least 4 years of airframes/sheet metal experience.
* Level 4: High School Diploma or GED with at least 6 years of airframes/sheet metal experience.
* Air Force 5 or 7 Level, US Navy or Marine Corps CDI, or equivalent A&P certification.
* Ability to interpret technical data and read engineering drawings.
* Active Secret Clearance or higher (US Citizenship required).
* Successful completion of required F-35 training.
* Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks required by the role.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with DoD intermediate sheet metal/structures/airframes or equivalent.
* Experience with heavy modifications or aircraft resets.
Salary Range: $57,200 - $95,400, with potential bonuses and benefits.
