Account Manager - Printing and Packaging Solutions
Join our sales team in the UK as Account Manager in the Printing and Packaging Industry.

As our new Account Manager, you will be part of our sales team that covers the Nordic and UK regions, consisting of 6 FTE within our European organization.
You will be responsible for maintaining and supporting existing accounts, finding new business opportunities, managing your project pipeline, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ultimately delivering firm results to the organization. Additionally, you will be the contact person for our business platform tesa Pro, where customers can find product information, place orders, and more. You will also be responsible for onboarding customers to tesa Pro and providing 1st level support.
You will report to Carlos Saya, Sales Manager Printing and Packaging Solutions for Nordic and UK:

What you will do:
1. Build and maintain relationships with customers and local decision-makers.
2. Increase sales and profitability of assigned customers.
3. Secure and develop existing business by providing competent advice, identifying new applications, and implementing new projects.
4. Continuously develop project pipeline quality to achieve set KPIs.
5. Understand prospects/customers’ needs and pain points while closely cooperating with internal stakeholders, being present on the shop floor during product tests, following up, and providing continuous support.
6. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities, build relationships, and conduct regular reviews.
7. Collect and maintain accurate customer/project data within the CRM system.
8. Execute deployment of new product launches.
9. Manage customer pricing activities.
10. Provide fact-based information and customer access to Marketing to improve the marketing mix and complement the technology/product pipeline.
11. Ensure local implementation of Global and Regional Key Accounts.
12. Team up with regional marketing and support functions like Business Operations and Finance.
Minimum Requirements:
1. A background and good understanding of the Printing and Packaging Industry.
2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably in the printing industry, with a proven track record.
3. Strong customer orientation and passion for building long-term partnerships.
4. Strong digital mindset and capabilities (including Office 365 applications).
5. Ability to work autonomously and be self-driven while proactively seeking support when needed.
6. Preference for a candidate living within proximity to our UK office in Milton Keynes.
