We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to join our growing team and help us expand our client base.
Job Overview
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth by identifying and engaging with new business opportunities for Quadzu. You will be responsible for building relationships with prospects, understanding their workforce challenges, and demonstrating how our solution can help meet their business goals and address the challenges they face. This role is ideal for a results-driven individual with a passion for technology and process optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify potential clients in key industries (e.g., construction, education, and healthcare) through cold outreach, networking, and other lead generation strategies.
2. Solution Selling: Understand client pain points related to workforce management and demonstrate how our platform addresses these challenges through personalised product demos and presentations.
3. Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects using our CRM tool to ensure consistent follow-up and communication.
4. Consultative Approach: Work closely with potential clients to understand their specific needs and offer tailored solutions while providing guidance on best practices for implementing our platform.
5. Collaboration: Work with the marketing and development teams to ensure a seamless customer journey, from lead generation to post-sales support.
6. Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in workforce management.
7. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers to build long-term partnerships and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Qualifications
1. Proven Experience: 3+ years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably in the SaaS or workforce management space (experience in selling HR/Recruitment Applications, payroll, or time-tracking solutions is a plus).
2. Sales Acumen: Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and a solid understanding of the sales cycle.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts and solutions to various stakeholders.
4. Tech-Savvy: Ability to quickly learn and effectively demonstrate software products; familiarity with WFM platforms or HR/Recruitment solutions is highly desirable.
5. Self-Motivated: A driven, results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving sales growth and business success.
6. CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM tools to manage leads and track sales progress.
7. Problem-Solving Skills: A consultative selling approach with the ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
8. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively across departments to ensure client satisfaction and business success.
