This is a permanent role, with contracts available for up to 37.5 hours per week. You will receive £11.75 per hour/ £22,913 per annum FTE.
You will join our fantastic team here in Kings Heath at our 4-bedroom, detached home in a residential area.
As a Support Worker, you will be supporting individuals who are deaf, blind or have dual sensory impairments.
The individuals we support have active lifestyles and you will be supporting them with personal care needs, as well as help to take part in a wide range of special interests and activities that support their health and wellbeing. Some of the activities that you may support the individuals with include; adapted cycling, ice-skating, swimming and massage sessions.
A full manual UK license is essential as we have manual company vehicles used to drive and take individuals to appointments, activities outside of the home and trips.
The shift timings at this service are as follows: early shift is from 7am-2.30pm and the late shift is from 2pm-9.30pm.
