What is
the ideal candidate?
* Experience managing a sales team or being in a
leadership role.
* Be able to inspire, mentor, and drive
performance within the team.
* Ability to work closely with other departments,
including marketing and venue management teams to create cohesive sales
strategies.
* Excellent verbal and written communication
The Role
* Manage
the day-to-day operations of the bookings team
* Create
team rota’s that manage the needs of the business
* Build
relationships with the onsite management teams to encourage the smooth running
of their diaries
* Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills
and capabilities of the sales team.
* Provide relevant reports such as; monthly complaints and refunds, team call
stats etc
* Manage, encourage and report on any team incentives such as upsells
* Complaint handling
* Work
closely with other departments such as marketing and the corporate team to
ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
* Being
a point of contact for sites to support with any issues.
* Propose any sales ideas
* Support the Head of Sales with any ad hoc tasks
* Attend
off site meetings where required such as GM conferences
