Role – Property Co-Ordinator Location – Manchester City Centre Salary - £24,000-£27,000 (DOE) Hours – 9am-5.30pm – Monday-FridayReed are currently working with a reputable insolvency and receivership business specialising in the property market. Due to continued growth, the company are looking to bring in an additional Property Co-Ordinator on a permanent basis. Role purpose: Responsible for co-ordinating the administration of building repair and maintenance work and assisting with the development of a comprehensive record and systems database within the Property Management Department. Main Duties: Co- history and ensure that maintenance jobs and records are maintained up to date. ordinate records of maintenance Co-ordinate and schedule appointments for day-to-day and maintenance jobs in liaison with approved contractors. Respond to tenants’ phone calls, emails and direct contact reporting maintenance / repair issues and liaise with the Case Handlers. Monitor contractors’ and where applicable tenants’ insurance policies. Assist the Head of Property Management to maintain the property database for each property bringing together documentation Adherence to Data Protection and GDPR legislation and Health and Safety requirements. Attend relevant training courses with colleagues where appropriate.
