An outstanding new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Nurse Deputy Home Manager to work in an exceptional care home based in the Boston, Lincolnshire area. You will be working for one of the UK's leading healthcare providers.
The home specializes in providing nursing and residential care for service users with dementia, learning disabilities, or sensory impairments.
To be considered for this position, you must be qualified as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a current active NMC Pin.
As the Deputy Manager, your key responsibilities include:
1. Monitoring standards of care delivered by qualified and unqualified care staff.
2. Supporting the Manager in implementing all policies, procedures, and business objectives.
3. Preparing staff duty rotas to ensure appropriate staffing levels at all times.
4. Monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, noting any changes impacting care and updating care plans accordingly.
5. Acting as a point of contact for residents, their families, visitors, and health and social care professionals, ensuring requests are addressed and concerns are investigated.
6. Liaising with the Home Manager to manage the home during scheduled and unscheduled absences.
7. Contributing to team work, responding positively to colleagues, and promptly acting on work instructions.
8. Advising on supplies and ensuring timely and appropriate ordering of necessary items.

The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent salary of £20.60 per hour, totaling £38,563.20 annually. This is a permanent, full-time position working 36 hours a week on days. In return, you will receive the following benefits:
