We are working with one of the countries specialist engineering suppliers, and are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Director to join their growing team. This is a remote position requiring regular travel within the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve performance objectives.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and customer needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales initiatives.
Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
Proven track record in sales leadership within the machining, precision engineering, defence industries.
Experience in developing and managing sales teams.
