Join our dynamic fitness team at ActiveHud as a Female Group Exercise Instructor! We are seeking an individual who loves helping others achieve their fitness goals. As a Female Group exercise Instructor, you will have the opportunity to lead engaging and challenging group fitness classes, provide small group training session to inspire our members to live a healthy lifestyle and help ActiveHud reach their goal: More Students, More Active, More often.
You will work with the Fitness and Wellbeing Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of all things fitness and health and have the following key responsibilities:
•Conducting high-energy group fitness classes, including cardio, strength, and mind-body workouts.
•Providing small group training sessions to help clients reach their fitness objectives.
•Assisting members with exercise technique, equipment usage, and proper form.
•Monitoring and motivating members to ensure they are getting the most out of their workouts.
•Asist with body composition testing and offer health advice.
Essential criteria and qualifications:
•Experience in leading various group fitness classes in a studio setting as well as on the gym floor.
•A certified level 2 Exercise to music or equivalent.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•The ability to create a positive and inclusive fitness environment.
•Significant knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition.
Hours will be variable depending on operational requirements but may include early mornings, evenings and occasional weekend hours.
