Purpose of your job
You would be expected to be a business builder, a brand booster, and a problem solver. In this role you will be responsible for maximizing and ensuring the commercial achievement of Royal Air Maroc in the assigned Area /channel/Portfolio. You will protect existing business and constantly exploit new opportunities. You will also act as a key contributor in promoting Royal Air Maroc ‘s brand consistency towards Trade partners, end-users and influence networks.
Primary accountabilities
* Effectively managing accounts and key customers, planning sales calls, performing business reviews, submitting sales reports and executing improvement plans, as required.
* Maintaining regular networking with travel industry partners to acquire sales leads and increase awareness of Royal Air Maroc.
* Receiving and handling all sales and support queries from Travel Agents and Corporate Accounts.
* Searching and reporting travel industry best practices, key events and relevant synergies for Royal Air Maroc and recommend action plans accordingly.
* Meeting KPI & deadlines.
* Liaise with relevant teams in HQ-Casablanca in order to ensure a quick and consistent response to Trade partners and customers.
* Enriching local marketing plan with new ideas and concepts.
About your profile
* Minimum 2 years experience in sales ideally in airline or travel
* industry.Bachelor degree.
* Good commercial and marketing acumen.
* Excellent negotiation skills.
* Impeccable English communication skills (verbal & written) good level in French will be an added value.
* Affinity with digital tools (SEO. Social media, marketing functionalities,re targeting, display) will be an Added value.
* Ability to multi-tasks.
* Ability to perform effectively in cross-functional& cultural team environment.
* Working with Microsoft Office Suite.Salesforce Solutions.
