In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing an existing portfolio of accounts, building relationships with e-commerce companies that require international parcel delivery solutions. You will be a key player in driving revenue growth by utilizing a consultative selling approach that prioritizes understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities : Account Management: Proactively establishing and developing key strategic business relationships across various levels, offering an exceptional high level of service including; sales, advice and consultation to a portfolio worth £350k. Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client's international shipping requirements, challenges, and growth objectives. Ensuring continuous improvement in high level customer services and support including the detailed analysis for key members within the portfolio, personally understanding clients needs and requirements at all times.
