Project Supervisor (Nights ONLY - 5pm-2am)

Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Salary: £50,000-£55,000 (Depending on experience)
We're recruiting for an Electrically Biased Project Supervisor to work for one of the largest FM companies in the UK based at a static building in Stevenage. This position is Nights Only and on a fixed term contract.
You will need experience managing projects and delivering works until the handover and close out phase of the project. You will also be required to have experience with project management methodologies and tech spec experience.

The client on site is a well-known pharmaceutical healthcare business, founded in India, and a supplier and manufacturer of various medicines and vaccines used in today's society.
Job Responsibilities for a Project Supervisor:
1. Project Supervision: Oversee all aspects of project works, from planning to completion.
2. Team Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
3. Quality Control: Monitor the quality of work, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and specifications.
4. Safety Oversight: Ensure all safety protocols are followed, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.
5. Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates on project status, addressing any issues promptly to keep the project on track.
Experience required as a Project Supervisor:
1. Qualifications: Black or Gold Card is ideal for this position with the ideal candidate from an electrical background.
2. Experience: Proven experience as a Project Supervisor, particularly in roof replacement or similar construction projects.
3. Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and teams effectively.
4. Knowledge: Familiarity with health and safety regulations and quality control procedures in construction.
5. Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising with various stakeholders and reporting progress accurately.
