As a Recreation Experience Expert, promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere to guests, while ensuring their safety and welfare. Clean and maintain leisure facilities, equipment, and supplies. Welcome guests, ensure their details are entered into the computer correctly, and liaise with the Leisure Manager on administrative duties. Maintain a high standard of customer care, motivate members to participate in Club activities, and conduct Gymnasium inductions. Requirements include a nationally recognized Pool Lifeguard Qualification, First Aid Qualification, and ability to move and lift objects weighing up to 25 lbs. The ideal candidate is a team player with exceptional attention to detail, interpersonal and communication skills, and a proactive and reliable attitude.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a high level of customer care to Leisure Club customers
* Clean and maintain leisure facilities, equipment, and supplies
* Welcome guests on arrival and ensure their details are entered into the computer correctly
* Liaise with the Leisure Manager on administrative duties
* Maintain a high standard of customer care within the Club
* Motivate members to participate in Club activities
* Conduct Gymnasium inductions for the general use of the equipment
* Attend regular training days for the maintenance of pool lifeguard and First Aid skills/qualifications
* Requirements:
