Whatyou’ll be doing:
* Managing the delivery of all modelling/architectureartefacts
Ensure key programmeobjectives for cost, schedule and availability are imbedded in theSSNR whole boatmodel Engage with keystakeholders within BAE Systems, the MoD and keysuppliers Support the developmentand well-being of your engineering team and support the long-termcapability development of the Systems Engineeringdiscipline Work in collaborationwith other key delivery teams to manage the delivery of theprogramme Lead the whole boatarchitectural modelling team in establishing and realising theprogramme’s approach toMBSE Engaging and managingthe team to deliver this from managing and developing employees toleading engineering support contracts to enable effectivedelivery Work closely with thecustomer and establish a guiding mind for our approach tomodel-based systems engineering across theprogramme
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
* BScdegree in Engineering or equivalent STEMCourses
Experiencedemonstrating effective leadership qualities with a proven trackrecord of responsible management andleadership Experience ManagingTechnicalspecialists Proven track record insystems and model-based systemengineering Experience in supplierand customerengagement
Desirable:
* MScin an engineering or STEM-relatedsubject
Experience within theDefense sector
* Submarines domainknowledge
