Role Responsibilities
* Leading and managing audit assignments to produce high-quality files
* Overseeing day-to-day work on client engagements and mentoring team members
* Reviewing assignments, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring deadlines are met
* Acting as the key point of contact for clients, discussing progress, financial insights, and business challenges
* Monitoring profitability, billings, and collections
* Participating in networking and client relationship-building activities

Candidate Requirements
* ICAEW/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience, with recent UK practice-based experience
* Strong technical knowledge of audits (FRS102, UK GAAP) and audit planning
* Skilled in audit and accounting software, with familiarity in CCH software being advantageous
* Previous experience leading audit teams, mentoring junior staff, and managing multiple deadlines
* Articulate communicator, confident in client meetings and written correspondence
* Self-motivated with a tenacious approach to work and attention to detail
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel, with some overnight stays required
