Job Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Hybrid Accounts Executive role for one of our clients based in Bordon to cover maternity leave. This role will require meeting individual sales targets, proactively engaging with customers to place orders, discuss new products, trends and marketing opportunities to maximize sales. Delivering a first-class customer experience. Also growing a customer base by engaging with potential new customers
Duties
* Take time to build great relationships with each customer so that you adapt the services and products to meet their specific needs.
* Provide great customer service to a set group of customers.
* Pro-actively contact customers to make them aware of new & upcoming product releases to increase sales.
* Contact customers via phone and email to assist with a variety of sales queries.
* Capture & update customer information accurately.
* Be a team player, helping drive performance by constantly challenging self & by inspiring others to meet their goals.
Skills
* Strong interpersonal skills with ability to quickly establish rapport and build trust
* Confident communicator both verbal and written
* Ability to multi-task and be adaptable to changing demands and priorities
* Work well under pressure
* Strong team player but happy to work independently
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week, hybrid (3 days in office) Maternity cover up until June 2025
