Wiltshire Health and Care have a variety of full and part-time HealthCare Support Worker roles available within our Chippenham Minor Injury Unit;
Our Minor Injury Units are based in Chippenham and Trowbridge, and treat approximately 2500 patients across theservice per month, making a real difference, providing care closer to home andavoiding admission to hospital wherever possible and appropriate.
Wiltshire Health and Care is committed to the development of staff and aprogramme of support and development will be put in place, tailor for all newstarters, to develop competencies,skills and knowledge, enabling progression on the career ladder.
You will be joining a multi-disciplinary team who pride themselves ontheir excellent team working and support of each other whilst treating adiverse range of conditions.
Main duties of the job
If you put patient care central to all you do and you have experiencefrom working in an Emergency Department environment, have excellent wound careskills and are able to apply a variety of Plaster of Paris back slabs, or ifyou are keen to learn these skills, come for an orientation visit.

2. NVQ Level 3 in health care
3. Food Hygiene certificate (or willingness to undertake).
