About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Process Improvement & Planning Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting the process improvement function by identifying, quantifying, and driving efficiency benefits across the supply chain. You'll work collaboratively on process reviews, work studies, and network planning to enhance forecasting and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and plan work studies, prioritizing based on resource availability.
2. Analyse anomalies, report issues, and present visual data updates to stakeholders.
3. Drive initiatives with Operations to support our process improvement agenda.
4. Lead weekly network planning meetings to discuss future volumes, challenges, and opportunities.
5. Report on network planning performance, including key KPIs and data insights.
6. Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
About You
1. Strong knowledge of operational processes, methods, and procedures.
2. Experience in continuous improvement, ideally LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
3. Skilled in industrial engineering (IMS Certificate, Performance Rating, Tectime).
4. Analytical with excellent numerical and communication skills.
5. Experience in safety management (IOSH/NEBOSH Certification) and MS Office proficiency.
6. Understanding of the retail industry, including eCommerce, is desirable.
7. Motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to business needs, including flexibility with hours.
