Key Responsibilities
* Develop and grow a robust sales pipeline through leads, cold calls, client meetings, and relationship management.
* Build strong networks across schools, trusts, contractors, and architects, understanding their buying processes.
* Identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.
* Build and nurture long-lasting client relationships.
* Manage and inspire the Business Development Managers (BDMs) to convert opportunities into results.
* Convert quotes to sales with a target ratio of 1:3.
* Use our market-leading CRM to track, manage, and report all sales activity.
