About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents. As a Care Assistant, you will be working closely with the care team to provide person-centred care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Our residents have a range of needs, including advanced or young onset dementia, multiple sclerosis, neuro rehab, and Huntington's disease. You will be responsible for supporting residents with daily living activities, providing companionship, and sharing in special moments and memories. Every day will be different, and you will have the opportunity to use your skills and experience to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have some experience of caring for older people, a 'can-do' approach, and excellent communication skills. You will need to be empathetic and warm-hearted, with the ability to deliver the highest standard of care and support to our residents.
