We are seeking an experienced Administrator for our client specialising in manufacturing and distribution of heavy plant equipment for construction projects all over the globe. You will a range of administrative services to warehouse personnel. Supports and assists warehouse management in shipping and receiving of equipment in a timely manner. Location: Wellingborough Job Title: Warehouse Administrator Salary: £25-26K excellent benefits Hours: 8am-4.30pm (flexible to amend to 7.30am-4pm or 3.30am-5pm) Monday to Friday Responsibilities: Shipping orders ensuring that all lines are shipped under the correct lease or sale status. Booking transport with companies for shipping and returns ensuring it's done in the most cost effective and efficient way. Generating returns paperwork. Entering returns and sending a summary report to the customer. Updating shipping dates on the in-house system. Ordering warehouse consumable items Working with the Health and Safety Co-ordinator to ensure all PPE items are in stock and readily available. Supporting the Financial Administrator on any purchasing queries. Raising purchase orders for warehouse consumables and other departments as requested. Performing other job-related duties and special projects including compiling reports and documentation for Plant Manager.
