Pertemps Swindon are currently looking for 3 production operatives to join our client based in Swindon. Previous experience in operating machines and manufacturing essential to apply Monday to Friday 08:00-16:00 for first 12 weeks with pay £11.86Monday to Friday rotating shift 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 after 12 weeks with pay £12.25 plus shift allowance. There will be a pay review in April. Main duties: Operating machinery in safety manner Preparing components for further processing Reporting equipment faults Maintain clean working environment Following Operating Procedures Right candidate: Proven previous machining or manufacturing experience Strong communication skills written and verbal Be able to work towards KPI in safely manner Be comfortable to perform repetitive tasks Good practical skills If you have all the skills required for this role then please apply or call our Swindon Branch and speak to Aleks for more details.
