Responsibilities:
* As a Senior Interaction Designer, I will drive innovation by creating new UX/UI designs that are simpler, faster, and easier to use. My work will focus on making DWP systems and services accessible to all. I will leverage user data and research to inform design choices and will create prototypes to test whether my designs meet user needs. Working within collaborative agile teams, I will partner with researchers, developers, product managers, architects, and others to deliver effective and user-friendly services. Additionally, I will be part of a broader DWP design community, where I will share solutions and best practices while accessing learning and development opportunities to continually enhance my skills.
