Business Development Manager - Laser Cutting
Location: Maidenhead
Hours: 40 hours per week (flexible hours)
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Remote Working: Work from home with only 1 day in the office per week
We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a top company and lead business growth for our laser cutting department. If you have a solid background in engineering business development, this could be the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive Business Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base and grow laser-cutting sales.
2. Manage Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong connections with key clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
3. Sales & Market Research: Research market trends, competitors, and potential clients to develop effective sales strategies for laser cutting services.
4. Collaborate with Operations: Work closely with the Production Team to meet customer requirements within set timelines and quality standards.
5. Manage Proposals & Quotes: Prepare detailed quotes and proposals, ensuring all technical and pricing details are clearly communicated.
6. Resolve Issues: Address any operational or client concerns quickly, coordinating with relevant teams to find solutions.
