Salt are working with one of the UK's leading luxury retail brands as they look to improve their ecommerce experience for millions of customers across the UK.
Having recently hired an exceptional new Head of Digital Product, they are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee some of the larger digital projects the business are beginning to embark on. This offers the unique opportunity to be at the forefront of digital innovation for a much loved retail brand, setting the business up for long term success.
As there ecommerce Delivery Manager, you'll lead on and deliver outcome focused ecommerce enterprise systems change, delivering profitable sales growth and improving the omnichannel CX.
You'll be comfortable managing a variety of stakeholders both technical and non-technical and act as a digital advocate across the business across a portfolio of ecomm projects.
Here is a breakdown of the key skills and experience they're looking for:
* Experience as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager or Product Manager in an FMCG luxury brand with a focus on digital.
* Experience working in agile cross functional teams.
* Gifting experience would be a bonus!
* Exceptional comms and expertise in navigating stakeholder landscapes.
* Experience re-platforming enterprise retail products and platforms. eg CMS, OMS, WMS
* Omnichannel retail experience a plus.
The interview rounds sit across two stages:
* Intro call with Head of Product
* Panel based task Interview
* Offer
The position is hybrid, with 2 days per week required in their Hertfordshire Head Office.
