Role: Service Advisor/Service Receptionist
Salary: £30,000 basic OTE £36,000
Location: Wilmslow
Richard Abson Group is helping a premium car dealership in Wilmslow to find a quality Service Advisor / Service Receptionist.
The business is a well-known and reputable dealer group in the area, working with several brands. They are offering progression, support, and fantastic training.

Responsibilities:
As a Service Advisor / Service Receptionist, you will be assisting customers with enquiries, providing technical information, and giving progress updates on their vehicles. You will also be involved in the sales of Service Plans and additional services.
Requirements:
To be considered for the role of Service Advisor / Service Receptionist, you should have:
1. At least 1 year of experience in the same role or similar (within the main dealer network).
2. Enthusiasm and passion for customer service and sales.
3. Experience with Kerridge and 1Link (preferred).
Salary and Working Hours:
The business is offering a competitive basic salary of £30,000, with additional (uncapped) bonuses for hours sold, up/cross-sales, and service plan sales - earning between £36,000 - £38,000. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8am-6pm and 1 in 3 Saturday mornings (8:30am-12:30 noon).
